#PhotogFeature will appear on Cold Tea Collective every other Friday, putting a focus on Asian photographers from around the world who inspire us. As fellow Asian creatives, we want to showcase our favourite photographers, artists, cinematographers, and those in the creative space.
You can’t beat a good landscape, and these talented photographers have it down to an art. This week’s feature is about landscapes of all urban, natural, or any mix of the above.
Nhi Le – @noyocreative
Nhi Le is one of Vancouver’s most talented wedding photographers. However, his personal work is not to be disregarded.
His images are well composed, balanced in colour, and speaks more than just a thousand words.
Amaris Woo – @amariswoo
Swinging down to sunny California State, meet Amaris Woo, a recent graduate of the University of the Pacific, but already an accomplished photographer.
Her work encompasses a wide variety of genres, including street, landscape, portrait, concert, and more that you can see on her website.
Of note are her images of Taiwan, a destination that she feels particularly connected to given her Taiwanese descent.
Kohki Yamaguchi – @kohki
Based in Japan, photographer and videographer Kohki Yamaguchi’s work has taken him to a myriad of scenic destinations.
“It all starts from a single curiosity” is an apt description of Yamaguchi’s approach to photography. His images often combine creative angles and cinematic qualities to create original perspectives.
